NBA Prop Bets (11/8)

Tuesday was a rough time for us basketball fans. We had no games to watch after being spoiled for a few weeks of consistent play. Tonight might be the best night of the year so far. We get 14, yes you heard me, 14 games going tonight. With that many games on, there is no way we don't get the bankroll rolling. Let's get to these juicy player props for the night.

Gordon Hayward Over 18.5 Points (-113)

The Washington Wizards stink, plain and simple. Their defense is just lazy and comical at this point. The Philadelphia 76ers put up 146 points on them the other night. However, that wasn't the first time the Wizards allowed 140 plus points this season already.

In their five losses, the Wizards have allowed at least 120 points each time. The opponent truly doesn't matter, but we do have to figure out who is going to be the player that benefits the most. I believe that player will be Gordon Hayward.

Terry Rozier is out and LaMelo Ball has been too inconsistent to trust in the scoring department. Hayward has been on point throughout the season, as he is averaging 17 points per game on 48% shooting. The number is set at 18.5, which is over his season averages, but it is against the Wizards.

Furthermore, Hayward has gotten 20+ points in his last two games, while hitting the over in every game this season except for one. I feel very comfortable with Hayward's consistency and matchup to hammer his over tonight.

Tobias Harris 15+ Points (+105)

A saying you probably have heard before is, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." That is how I look at Tobias Harris at the moment. His over/under is at 13.5, which is extremely suspicious, but I can't help myself. He has hit his over in every game this season; and it some cases he crushes the over.

Tobias is shooting 63%, which I know is not sustainable, but the looks he is getting on a game-by-game basis is too enticing. The Sixers are a potent offense right now with the arrival of Nick Nurse as head coach. Tonight is a tough matchup with the Boston Celtics, but the Sixers might be a legit contender.

I am willing to ride with Tobias tonight and even raise to plus money with 15+ points. This Sixers squad looks different on offense with Tobias being one of the most glaring changes from last year to this year. There will be a game that he does not hit the over, but we cannot miss out on this hot stretch for one second.

Lauri Markkanen Over 23.5 Points (-118)

The Utah Jazz versus the Indiana Pacers might have a combined 260 points tonight. Both teams are in the bottom in defense, while both being in the top 10 in pace. Scoring will be on the marquee in this matchup. On the Jazz side of the coin, I am banking on Lauri Markkanen to have the huge game.

Markkanen is having another All-Star season so far, as he is averaging 24-9. The Pacers might have to help with Myles Turner on him from time to time, or at least in help. However, Markkanen can score all over the court. He has been up-and-down in terms of hitting his over, but the matchup is too good to pass up.

Josh Giddey Under 14.5 Points (+100)

Some were expecting Josh Giddey to take another leap, but it seems as if the third year guard has hit a wall, especially with his scoring. Giddey is only averaging 12.7 points per game, while his shooting splits are at 40%-26.7%. He is just struggling to find his touch this season.

The over.under is at 14.5, which I think might be too high tonight. SGA is back and is their primary scorer of course. The matchup is also not in Giddey's favor. In his last game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Giddey only mustered up 2 points in 28 minutes. His outside shooting is still suspect and the Cavs are good at clogging the paint. They are sixth in allowed paint points.

There are not many avenues for Giddey to get going on offense tonight. The Cavs present too much of a challenge for someone with a limited offense at the moment. At plus value, you should definitely take his under on points and not look back.
