Welcome in to Champions League Best Bets, brought to you by Bettor In Green, where we recap the latest Champions League action and look ahead with my favorite bets for the upcoming matches.

Recap:

Round 3 of the UCL League Phase brought us plenty of goals, with a few big and u expected scorelines!

Barcelona got a big 6-1 win against Olympiacos, Arsenal beat Atlético Madrid 4-0, PSG beat Bayer Leverkusen 2-7, PSV Eindhoven beat Napoli 6-2, Chelsea beat Ajax 5-1, and Liverpool got back to winning ways with a 1-5 victory over Frankfurt.

In one of the more highly-anticipated matches, Real Madrid beat Juventus 1-0.

We keep up the hot streak for bets, going 3-0 this week, winning with Dortmund Moneyline, Manchester City Moneyline, and Bayern Munich to Win the First Half to Nil.

Upcoming Matches:

Matchweek 4 brings us some HUGE matchups. Notably, we have a rematch of the 2021/22 and 2018/19 Final between Liverpool and Real Madrid, as well as a rematch of the 2019/20 Final between PSG and Bayern Munich.

Let’s get to the bets:

Best Bets:

Pick #1: Juventus Moneyline +105 (Nov. 4, 2025; 3:00 p.m. EST):

For our first Best Bet, I’m looking to the struggling Juventus to turn things around under new coach, Luciano Spalletti.

The Old Lady sacked manager Igor Tudor following an 8-match winless streak, which included 2 draws and a loss in the UCL.

They’ve since hired former Napoli and Italian National Team coach, Luciano Spalletti.

Juve got a win in Spalletti’s first match in charge at the weekend, a 1-2 win on the road to Cremonese.

While they’ve yet to win this UCL campaign, they’ve had some tough matches, including a 4-4 draw with Dortmund, a 2-2 draw with Villarreal thanks to a late equalizer from Villarreal, and a 0-1 loss to Real Madrid.

Sporting CP, the opposition, travel to Turin for this match. They sit 2nd in the Portuguese league and are 2-0-1 in the UCL.

It’s a little difficult to predict the form in the Portuguese league, as Benfica, Porto, and Sporting are the clear favorites. Sporting have struggled against some of the bigger teams, losing to Benfica in the Super Cup, losing to Porto, and losing to Napoli in their one UCL road match this season.

Their two wins in the UCL came against Kairat Almaty at home and against Marseille at home. I’d argue the only truly strong opponent they’ve beaten this year is Marseille.

Back the new manager bump with Spalletti, as I predict Juve will be a class above Sporting, especially at home. Juve sit in the elimination zone and will need a win to help them move up the standings.

Pick #2: Real Madrid to Win Either Half -130 (Nov. 4, 2025; 3:00 p.m. EST):

For my next bet, I’m looking to one of the marquee matchups, backing Real Madrid to Win Either Half in their matchup at Anfield against Liverpool.

Part of this bet is fading Liverpool, who have struggled to maintain their excellent form from last year.

New additions Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak have yet to live up to their record price tags. They’ve lost 6 of their last 8 matches, a stark contrast from their first 7 in which they’d won every match.

Liverpool will be without Alisson in goal, as well as right back, Jeremie Frimpong, and striker, Alexander Isak.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, have been in an impressive run of form, winning every match they’ve played this season, except the Madrid Derby with Atlético Madrid. They recently won El Clásico, 2-1 over Barcelona.

With Xabi Alonso back at his old stomping ground, and with Mbappe and Bellingham bagging goals last weekend against Valencia, I think this team will be ready to show its class against a struggling Liverpool side.

While I worry about this being at Anfield, I think Madrid ultimately get this done on the road. I’m officially playing Win Either Half but will also play a half unit on Real Madrid Moneyline +170.

Pick #3: 2-Leg Parlay: Chelsea Moneyline and Barcelona Moneyline +105 (Nov. 5, 2025; 12:45 p.m. EST and Nov. 5, 2025; 3:00 p.m. EST):

For my final bet, I’m taking a 2-leg parlay with Chelsea and Barcelona each to win on the road.

Chelsea had a bad loss at home to Sunderland two weekends ago, but bounced back with a win in the Carabao Cup to Wolves, then outclassed Tottenham in a London Derby this past weekend.

While Qarabag have had good results in the early League Phase rounds against Benfica and Copenhagen, they then lost 3-1 to a dominant performance from Athletic Club. I expect Chelsea to outclass them in this match and have enough defensive resolve to win on the road.

Barcelona are coming off a 6-1 victory in the UCL last time out, they then lost El Clásico, before getting a 3-1 victory against Elche in La Liga.

With Rashford finding solid form and Lamine Yamal looking for some redemption after a relatively poor performance against Real Madrid, I expect them to come out swinging.

While Club Brugge are a good side, I think they’ll be focusing as much on the domestic side of things as the UCL, as they sit 2nd in the Belgian league.

They lost 4-0 in their last UCL match against Bayern Munich, and lost 2-1 to Atalanta before that. The highs of the 4-1 win to Monaco looks a far ways off.

Though they’re at home, where they did win that Monaco match, they’ll still be in for a tough fight against Barcelona.

Season Record:

League Phase: 8-1
