Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Adds: Week 13

The draft is the foundation to a good fantasy team, but a championship team is active on the waiver wire to capitalize on shifting opportunity shares and emerging talent. Each week, I’ll give you a breakdown of my favorite adds in fantasy football. The order I list the players doesn't matter as I believe the players you select off this list should be based off position of need and other team unique factors. Regardless, these are always hot players of the week worth boosting your team. In week 13 it's looking disgusting and this will be the last waiver wire article of the season. I hope you all have enjoyed and obtained some gems from reading these. I'm going over the remaining players left in my 12 team league that are trending up so this is nasty work today.

Noah Gray, TE, Kansas City Chiefs

Gray, or as I call him better Kelce, is on a tear lately. The Chiefs are hard to trust with their willingness to spread the ball around like a soda on a hot summer day but I told you this is nasty work. If you need a TE you could do worse. 18 points last week and 22 this week is solid but very touchdown dependent. This is what is left on waivers in deep leagues however so you have to ask yourself if you believe.

David Moore, WR, Carolina Panthers

Coker was injured so Moore made the most of his opportunity amounting to 18 points in half ppr. He's been playing over 80% of snaps since week 8 and just had his biggest game coming off what looks to be an improved Bryce Young. As long as Coker is out I think Moore could be a solid flex but I'm very skeptical. Once again though this is what's left on waivers so we are desperate.

Ameer Abdullah, RB, Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders are banged up and Abdullah is another guy who capitalized on injuries. Versatile as a runner and a receiver, Abdullah could hold some appeal if White and Mattison remain sidelined. He put up a respectable 15 points and scored a touchdown. The Raiders probably shouldn't love the run as much as they do but hey it's you and Abdullah that benefit right?

Honorable Mentions: Desmond Ridder, Hassan Haskins, Aidan O'Connell.
