I'm a big fan of Vieira and I love this match up. MMA is like rock, paper, scissors where wrestling beats striking, BJJ beats wrestling, and striking beats BJJ. They are all effective, but they all have an achilles heel. BJJ practitioners want a sub and are dangerous on the ground, but a striker who wants to keep it standing will infuriate them and keep the fight standing as long as they can. Vieira is going against a wrestler (Petroski) who is going to be willing to take this fight to the ground and Vieira is a world class submission artist. Vegas set this line at 1.5 rounds hinting that this may end in an early stoppage.
