The All-Star break is over and the second half of the NBA season is in full swing. The grind continues tonight despite there only being four games on the slate tonight. Even with the lack of games, we must strive for that perfect record and the quest to make some money tonight. Here are some of the best player props for tonight.
Scottie Barnes 20+ Points (-150)
Scottie Barnes had an interesting All-Star weekend, to say the least, but the young star is having a great third season in the association. Tonight he continues his success when he takes on the Indiana Pacers, who are second in the league in pace and third in points allowed per game.
Scottie Barnes should be able to find success against this team with the amount of possessions the Raptors should see. Barnes is the franchise player, as they shipped Pascal Siakam to the Pacers earlier in the season.
20 points for Barnes should be an easy task for him against the Pacers, as he is averaging 24.5 points in two games against them. If the game is close, I expect Barnes to get 20 points tonight.
Tyler Herro 20+ Points (-130)
The Miami Heat are going to be without their number one guy and leader Jimmy Butler after he was suspended for tonight's game due to his fight the other night during their matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans. That opens up some more touches for the other players on this Heat roster, and I believe Tyler Herro will benefit the most.Â
Herro can be inconsistent from time to time, but he is still averaging almost 21 points per game. 20 points for -130 is a steal for a guy who is averaging that number all season long.Â
Furthermore, the Sacramento Kings are playing the second night of a back-to-back and are already a mediocre defensive squad. Herro is most likely going to be the number one option to score tonight for this Heat team with Butler out.Â
Bam Adebayo 10+ Rebounds (-185)
Another Heat player makes the best props list and this one is Bam Adebayo. Bam at 10+ rebounds for less than -200 seems like a steal as well since he is averaging 10 rebounds per game. The Kings are not a top-tier rebounding team, but have the number-one rebounder in the league, Domantas Sabonis.Â
Despite Sabonis being the best rebounder, he is going to be in the paint battling which gives Bam the ability to snag some rebounds as well. Bam will be battling all night long against Sabonis on the glass. In their previous matchup, Bam was able to garner 11 rebounds.Â
I love for Bam to get 10 rebounds tonight and cash out a potential perfect card.Â
